Recommended Duration:
We recommend a minimum of 7–8 days, with stays of up to one month for more complex or delicate cases. This allows your body to fully remineralize and vitalize, ensuring real, measurable results.

Daily Program Includes:

2 therapeutic baths per day to restore mineral balance and circulation
2 body wraps per day to support tissue regeneration and detoxification
1–2 manual therapy sessions, often divided into multiple therapeutic moments tailored to your body’s needs
Treatments are combined with complementary approaches to optimize your results

Nutrition & Natural Support:
Access to fresh fruits and vegetables from our farm, along with a personalized diet specifically designed to support your body’s regeneration throughout the retreat.
